SHIPPING
Current TURN AROUND TIME is 3-4 weeks BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Shipping is an additional 3-7 business days (sometimes longer on the holidays). If you need it sooner please contact me before purchase so that we can set something up for you (likely an extra shipping cost) Please order early to ensure that you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. Shipping is free for domestic orders. International shipping rates will apply. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred during international shipping.
We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
RETURNS: All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
